I do the study with the Attribute of Godly Regeneration.
There is something so beautiful when I feel this, I feel that my soul is alive and vibrating with something so beautiful that I cannot describe in words. I have been working on Anahata, Bhujangasana, 30 min almost daily since last year in June until January 2021. I was also doing spiritual exemplifications sometimes in Bhujanagasna till the music was over. I noticed in my inner universe a non-physical location at Anahata Chakra level. I felt that I could connect with other subtle worlds where there is kindness, soul warmth, light, gentleness and only good.
I feel that this is a gift from God and I feel that if I need I can go there when I want, I find there compassion, gentleness, joy something that is not of this material plane and is beyond the physical body. That something stays in me and it doesn’t go away and it is in me and it is something so beautiful, it grows and blooms like a flower. It is a room of my own where I can retreat and I am safe.
